When you fill a form on this website we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. Hospital and diagnostics booking forms may include information about your health. We also collect basic, anonymous website statistics through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, booking, order or application, and to keep a record of it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use health information for marketing.
Health information
